We are accepting applications for Market Vendors; all market sales must be related to Jeep, Camping, Music, or have a local relation. No direct sales will be accepted - No Exceptions. Market Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents. A table and/or chairs are available, but you must contact us at least three weeks in advance to reserve (limited number of tables and chairs available). Booth spaces are approximately 12’x12’ for $75.00. Rentals - Table - $20, 2 Chairs - $5. Set-up will be from Friday (15th) from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Saturday (16th) from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. All vendors must be in place and ready to sell by 9:00 AM! Market Vendor Space refunds WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. THIS IS A RAIN or SHINE EVENT!!!

We are accepting applications for Food Vendors; all approved applicants will be assigned spots in the Food Vendor Area. Food Vendor spaces are approximately 35’x20’ for $150.00.
Food Vendors can set up Friday, November 15th from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday, November 16th from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. All Food Vendors must complete their set-up with everything in place by 9:00 AM on Saturday November 16th.
Food Vendors shall leave their designated location free from trash and in similar condition that it was prior to set-up. Food Vendors are prohibited from closing down and leaving the event early. The event ends Saturday, November 16th at 5:00 PM.
Food Vendor Space refunds WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. THIS IS A RAIN or SHINE EVENT!!!
