Mountain View is a quaint little hidden gem located in the Ozark Mountains of North Arkansas. With a population not exceeding 2900 people - it swells way beyond that number when a local event is happening. Established in the 1870's it has received it's claim to fame for it's traditional folk music and culture. The city hosted the first annual Arkansas Folk Festival in 1963 and it continues today.
